Welcome to Pie Commission Catering. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our catering services, including the ordering of food and beverages through our website. 2. Ordering

1. Order Placement: All orders must be placed through our website. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Order Modifications: Orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
3. Minimum Order Requirements: We may require a minimum order value for catering services. This will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
4. Special Requests: While we will try to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
5. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation serves as proof of your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

1. Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are estimates only and may be adjusted up until the day of the order. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to delivery or pickup.
2. Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total.
3. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be made at the time of order placement.
4. Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
5. Payment Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information during transmission. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer: Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. No cancellations or refunds are available within 48 hours of the delivery or pickup date.
2. Cancellation by Pie Commission: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen events. In such cases, we will provide a full refund and make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
3. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, or government actions. In such cases, we will provide a full refund.

5. Delivery and Pickup

1. Delivery Area: We offer delivery within a specified radius of our location. Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly indicated during checkout.
2. Delivery Time: We will make every effort to deliver your order at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, it will be available at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Please bring identification that matches the name on the order.
4. Unattended Deliveries: If no one is present to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we may leave the order in a safe place or return it to our facility, at our discretion.
5. Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, you or your designated representative may be asked to sign a delivery confirmation. This signature confirms that the order was received in satisfactory condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pie Commission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your use or inability to use our services;
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pie Commission or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from Pie Commission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pie Commission operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Pie Commission operates.
